Sustainability is part of bus and truck manufacturer Scania’s strategy, and that strategy is focused on people, said two Scania employees.

Scania is acutely aware that it is a company that is dependent on unsustainable resources, and that it needs to work with its people to transition from this dependence, and to ensure that its employees are carried with it when it does, they said.
