Kudoti focuses on building a circular economy by digitising and optimising recyclable waste – from waste collectors, aggregators and recyclers, to manufacturers and brands. By digitising waste supply chains end to end, the Kudoti platform drives up recycling rates by tracking waste supply in real time and matching it to recycler demand. Kudoti’s Gift Lubele said his organisation believes in a world “where waste is valued”. Although there are many challenges, there are some exciting initiatives in the area in South Africa.
